Building usage guidelines have been developed which spell out your group's responsibilities when using CGS facilities.  Requests for room usage made for ministry activities will come first, all other rentals will be on a first come, first serve basis.  There is a NO SMOKING policy for all buildings.



CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL OF INDIVIDUAL ROOMS

Rooms in the Parish Life Center or Parish Activity Center can be rented by registered members of the parish for their own wedding receptions, anniversaries, or other approved events.  The rooms will seat approximately 20 with tables and chairs.  Rental of rooms does not include kitchen facilities.

Rooms are not available for any profit-making or business venture.

CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL OF LARGE MEETING HALL

The Large Hall in the Parish Life Center can be rented by registered members of the parish or non-members for their own wedding receptions, anniversaries, or other approved events.  Renter must be 21 years of age or older.  The Hall will seat approximately 200 with tables and chairs.  Rental of the Hall includes the Hall, Rest Rooms and Entryways.  Kitchen facilities can also be made available.

The Large Hall is not available for any profit-making or business venture.
