How do we find such a large variety of rare and unique new items for our silent auction every year? With the help of amazing people like you!
 
WHAT: A variety of new items in original packaging.
FOR WHOM: Items to appeal to variety of ages, cultures, and interests. Ideas and suggestions are listed below.
WHEN: Drop off new items at the CGS front office starting September 1st with a Donation Form.  Click on the Donation Form below and bring the completed form with your items.
HOW TO VALUE: The value of your donated items is the manufactured suggested retail price (MSRP), NOT what you paid for it. If you are unaware of the MSRP, simply leave the value of the item(s) blank.  
NOTE: If we cannot use your items, they will be donated to Northwest Assisted Ministries (NAM).
IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS: 
·         Donations do not have to cost you anything:
                          o   Exchange credit card and merchant reward points.
                          o   Donate your “free gift with purchase.”
                          o   Re-gift duplicate items, or ones that are the incorrect size, the wrong color, or simply not your style.
                          o   Re-gift unwanted gift cards.
                          o   Ask your favorite restaurant to donate a meal for four (4).
                          o   Can your employer donate a product, service, or gift card?
                          o   Do you or a friend or neighbor craft something unique? 
·         Gift cards of ALL kinds are always welcome!  They are an exchange of cash and often do not expire.
·         Gift certificates for home, auto, legal, and professional services
·         Art – Canvas, clay, stone, etc.
·         Alcohol – Wine, beer, hard liquor, mixers, accessories (bar ware, glassware, bar tools, etc.)
·         Baby Items
·         Collectibles and Memorabilia
·         Food and Drink – gift cards for fast food, casual and fine dining; drinks and beverages; desserts and snacks; all kinds of cuisines
·         Games and Activities – Video games, board games, craft kits, etc.  Gift cards, gift certificates, and tickets or passes for bowling, movies, skating, rock climbing laser tag, etc.
·         Health and Beauty – Gift cards and gift certificates for spa services including facials, hair care, nail care, body care, makeup, etc.
·         Holidays – Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc.
·         Home Décor – indoor and outdoor decorations
·         Jewelry – Bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, etc.; Coordinating sets of jewelry are always inviting.
·         Lawn and Garden
·         Leisure and Entertainment– Passes and/or tickets for movies, music, theater, concerts, laser tag, bowling, etc.
·         Pets
·         Religious Items
·         Sports and Outdoors – Equipment, tickets to sporting events, merchandise and memorabilia for players and teams, etc.
·         Travel – Hotels, plane tickets, gas cards, etc.
·         And so much more!
